RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Matty's Crafting Joy wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges of unused/unopened or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. If, after initial inspection, any product is damaged or defective in any way, you may return it in unused condition, in original packaging within 7 days for exchange or refund. All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
